R&D CenterThe Engineering Technology R&D Center of Taizhou Huangyan Jinsu Moulds Co., Ltd. is a large-scaled injection mould engineering technology R&D center.At the present time there is one director in the R&D center, which is assumed by our General Manager taking charge of operation planning and guidance of the center; One deputy director which is respectively assumed, A manager assistant in Jinsu. The committee is in charge of technical consultation of the center, giving technical guidance to running of the center and mastering development direction of the center. Besides, every year our company would use 10% of the total sale for research, development and innovation.
Now there are altogether 10 scientific and technical persons in the R&D center, about 80% of the total staff members, among whom there are 2 persons with medium and senior titles, 3 persons with medium titles and 5 persons with junior titles. The center is equipped with 3 file servers, more than 10 computers as well as modern office facilities likelaserprinter,graphplotter,scanner,digital camera and etc. In the aspect of application software, there is mainly Pro/E, UG Auto CAD, Master CAM, Power MILL and etc. And all computers are connected to the Internet to conduct centralized management which enhances product developing capability, designing quality and speed to a great degree.
